Refunds & Cancellations

(effective 01 Aug 2024 till 31 July 2025)

Farmstay bookings can be canceled, however, the following cancellation charges will be applicable:
- More than 15 days prior to check-in: Full Refund of advance amount paid by the guest will be given within 5 working days.
- 7-14 days prior to check-in: 50% advance amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: No refund will be given.

100% Refund can be given if there is a problem with the quality of the product(s), and the customer notifies us in writing within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
To claim a refund, please write an email to: hello@wofzerash.com and describe the issue along with a photo of the product(s) demonstrating the issue. There is no need to ship the product back to us.
If we conclude that there is a problem with the quality of the product, we will give a 100% refund for that particular product within 7 working days (excluding shipping & handling charges.
